This depends on what drink package you select.

If you choose to stock your own bar, Doughy Eyed does not provide any alcohol.

If you choose a full bar option, Doughy Eyed provides everything. The client can make requests for specific wine, cocktails, and can/bottle options.

We are based out of Pinedale, Wyoming. We travel anywhere in the state of Wyoming, but don’t be afraid to reach out of you are a bit further. We charge an additional travel fee for any location greater than 100 miles away.

Yes! We carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request.

For any permits that may be needed, it is the clients responsibility to secure those. If you have any questions, please reach out to your local municipality regarding permitting.

The Mobile Bar is approximately - feet wide, - feet tall, and - feet long.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings canceled within 120 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless Doughy Eyed secures another event for your date.

In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Doughy Eyed Mobile Bar does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.
